Dear Susan,

Thank you so much for working so effectively with Oliver. We came to you over a year ago with glowing recommendations. We now understand why so many people appreciate your services. You have exceeded our goal of having Oliver's junior year and first quarter of senior year not be overtaken by family anxiety and stress.
Oliver has had the opportunity to learn, to play music, to row and to enjoy his social life thanks to your successful working relationship.

With much gratitude at Thanksgiving time,
Jon

Dear Susan,

Don't know if you remember us but my husband Michael and I brought our son Matt to you four years ago. Matt matriculated at Temple University. He majored in political science and criminal justice and was fortunate to experience some excellent internships. He absolutely blossomed in a college setting after having "grunted" the prior high school years. I wanted to update you on his success. He has applied to law schools to continue in social justice and has thus far been accepted to Villanova and Wake Forest.

We still talk about how you got him focused and on the right track--something at the time we did not feel equipped to do. So, thank you again and if you have any worried parents out there, those boys do mature, learn how to have intelligent conversations again, even ask for your advice. The best of all is that they even hug and kiss their moms in public again and show the promise we knew they had hidden away!

Best regards, Ruth

Dear Susan,

Well, the college search and application process has officially ended last night when Leah informed Stanford that she will be attending!

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for all of your help with this process. I cannot imagine a better outcome for Leah. She was fortunate to have a great choice, the same as her brother no less, and she picked the place I truly believe will provide her the best environment in which to grow during this next phase of her life. An offer from Harvard is indeed hard to turn down but she proved to have enough self-confidence and self-knowledge to do so. Thank you for your support of her decision. Leah highly respects your opinion. I know that she is ready for the challenge of exploring a new part of the country, becoming an ever more independent young woman and setting her personal and academic goals. Whether I am ready for the challenge of letting her go is another issue!

Your help and guidance in the college process for both of our kids has been invaluable. You are talented in your ability to make meaningful connections with your young clients. Your advice has been spot on at all times. Thank you so much for all your help. We will miss you!

With warm regards,
Susan

"I really miss Susan Case" ! When my son said that last week, a couple of months after his final meeting with her and once he was already registered to his first choice college, I knew this had to get into the testimonials page on Susan's website.

I think that says it all about Susan. Not only did she do an amazing job finding the right college for my son, guiding him through the complex application process, consulting during the last two years in high school and finally playing a big roll in his acceptance into his two first choices but he also really enjoyed their meetings. So much that he now "misses" her and said he would love to meet with her again.

I didn't need to hear this from my son to know what a great counselor she is and how valuable her help was to him (to us...). I told Susan before my son was accepted and when we were still worried, like many parents, that he will not get into any college, that "her fees are the best money I've ever spent".

Susan made the very stressful process a very enjoyable and efficient one.
Thank you very much Susan and please save a spot for my daughter for 2013.
